Return

No Returns or Exchanges on Sale or discounted 

You have Fourteen 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to return your purchase.

To return a purchase, the items must meet the following conditions:

 - The items must be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached and intact and the original packaging included

  • The items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered 

To return your items, please email us at info@rosegardenheritage.com with email subject Return Request {order reference}. 

 

  • Please use a reliable shipping service with Tracking Services; we will not assume responsibility for orders not received that were sent without tracking information. 

  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

Other countries: The cost of the return label is the same as the cost of shipping. This amount will be automatically deducted from your return.

 

SALE ITEMS & DISCOUNT POLICY

Sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased using discount code are non-refundable. Exchange might be allowed for sizing issues, subject to availability and approval.

Please note that the newsletter sign-up discount code cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other discount.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email info@rosegardenheritage.com

You will receive an email confirming both the reception and the refund of your parcel.

 

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rosegardenheritage.com and confirm with us the reason for your return, and once approved send the item back.
