Orders are processed the following business days Monday through Friday.

All orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Orders are shipped from France.

We offer various shipping options in order to best meet your needs.

Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We try to ship all orders within 5-7 working days for customers located in Europe, we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes regarding the shipping date.

We'd like to inform you that during sales, shipments may be delayed by up to 2-3 working days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The availability of products is not always guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed due to the unique nature of our items, which are crafted in limited quantities, shipping times may be longer than usual.
